I looked at your page... when I hover over the extended entry or the permalink, it shows the link to the post PLUS a # sign and an extra set of numbers for the link in my status bar. Without access to you main template, I can't tell where the problem is. I'm thinking since it affect both those links, it might be in this line:

<a name="<$MTEntryID pad="1"$>">

That line is right under the div class="bodybody" tag. It may have some more "stuff" in it. Check that first.

I added the entrypad tag last night after checking another template. It adds the extra set of numbers like you pointed out, but it seems to make the entended entry & permalink links point to the secific post instead of the archive page I was getting. So I'm thinking it solved the problem but I'm still confused as to how this happened since up until yesterday the extended entry & permalink links were working like they should without the entrypad tag.

It's still acting funky.

Send me your Main Index Template as a txt file and I'll fix it for you. If you want, I can install the thingy that shows/hides the extended entry in the same same page.
