So, how exactly, does one create multiple blog skins (see Captain's Quarters for an example (blog skins 2 and 3).
I am trying a new-fangled kind of thingy (I think) but am not entirely sure of the mechanics involved.

My switcher has a bug in it... everyone I've tried to install has something about it that I don't like... Rob helped me work out some problems with my current one, but it seems to be limited to only 9 skins and I have 15 or 16...
