Liquidweb came back and said they couldn't do anything for us. And it took them forever to actually say that.
So I'm currently looking at a server with another company, and we may end up moving house next weekend.
I'll keep you posted.
Posted by Pixy Misa at September 26, 2004 10:59 AMI second what Stephen said... put out the tip jar, please.
Posted by frinklin at September 27, 2004 12:27 AMUh, yup. For those of us who can, please allow us to.
Posted by Elizabeth at September 27, 2004 02:04 AMYep, I still don't see that Paypal button. Even Paypal would agree this is a worthy cause.
Posted by Simon at September 27, 2004 10:44 AMPixy... if you decide to use Paypal (ipso facto Internet Morality Police), I would recommend not leaving ANY money in the account for ANY length of time... Instapundit had some links up to several Paypal alternatives...
Posted by Madfish Willie at September 27, 2004 12:05 PMMW - agreed. I've never actually used PayPal for receiving money, and I'm not sure I can get it out, which is one reason I haven't put the button up yet.
Posted by Pixy Misa at September 27, 2004 04:16 PMPixy, getting the money in and out of Paypal is pretty easy. If you're prepared to use an existing credit card you just give them that and they credit and debit it as they go.
