Not Directly Related To Spam

I've updated the firewall on the Munuserver.

It should be allowing all the usual stuff to get through, but if anything has suddenly stopped working, let me know.

What's more, I managed to do it without locking myself out of the server. That bit is always fun...

Burger's hyper-annoying keyboard of deadly noises ceased to work suddenly last night. It may have something to do with kinetics and catastrophic transfer of energy instead of the firewall thingy but you never know.

My brain stopped working at about 4:00 EST but I don't think that's related to the firewall. Is it?

This may or may not be related but since yesterday afternoon I cannot get into Neomail to read and send my emails - I keep getting told it cannot find the server.

I should add that I can get into CpanelX without a problem. It's only the email I cannot access!

Hmm.

I can get into Neomail okay. (Ooh, look, spam! And some not-spam that I haven't looked at. Sigh.)

What's the exact message you get? (Email me at andrew -at- pixymisa -dot- net if you prefer.)

I'm getting "The page cannot be displayed. The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings." I had the same trouble from work yesterday.

It happens if I go via Cpanel or I try directly using the 2095 suffix to the web address.

What have I done wrong?

Hmm.

Try it now.

Success! You must have put the discombobulator into hyperdrive.

As always, thanks.
