As I've mentioned, documentation for LifeType - at least, user documentation - is pretty patchy. There is a LifeType wiki, but it's mostly for developers, not users.
I've started putting up some documentation on the plugins on our new tech support forums. I'll add more as soon as I get a chance.

I dig it, I've been messing about with the pLog system, not bad!
One thing I noticed, the ploghaiku doesn't work for anyone but an administrator (according to the Wiki entry). Of course this was after fuskering around with it for about 1/2 hour. 
Oh, a question, right now is there a way to import entries? (I know, ok, I'm jumping the gun).
