If you have a blog with several regular contributors, like MuNuviana, you can link back to the post author's everyday blog or to their e-mail address by changing a small snippet of code:
In the posted by line, just change the text from
<$MTEntryAuthor$>
to
<$MTEntryAuthorLink$>
Simple as cake!!

Can we add that to our list of useful thingies on the side? I know it's short and sweet and simple but it's still useful?
