Hey all,
Have been corresponding with the designer of my site, and she suggested that I ask if if when munu upgraded the PHP if they shut off global variables for php. I don't know what this means, but could somebody let me know?
I am still unable to get my site skins to work.
Or get any comments.

Posted by Pixy Misa at February 20, 2006 07:01 AMAlex when PHP was upgraded, there were some changes in the way variables are handled, mainly for security reasons. The skinning portion had to be rewritten to allow handle the way the variables are handled and how the cookies are being set.
I could check this out for you, but since your site was done by the Moxie Duo, I'd ask you check with them first. Designers invest quite a bit of time developing skinning routines and as designer I wouldn't want to go poking around their code without permission first.

I did check with the Moxie Duo, and Joelle said that the only reason she could figure that my skins weren't working was because of the global variables. This is all greek to me, but I don't think she'd mind if you took a look. Thanks!
