What nimrod black-listed the word "mother?"
Posted by Groovyvic at April 20, 2006 09:18 PM | TrackBackYeah, the other day I had a comment containing the word chemo-therapy and it pulled it up. It took me a while to figure out that the blacklist would also pull partial words and combine them. Frustrating, but funny. 
"My son just learned his first half word!" The proud father exclaimed.
"Half word? What do you mean, half word?"
"He said 'mother'!"

Posted by Tiffany at April 21, 2006 03:58 PMYeah, that would be the Vinnie with the mother who has Alzheimer's, and somehow attracted a troll who dropped all sorts of comments like "brain-dead mother," "brain-fucked mother" and "lol at your mother's shitty brain."
That would also include Merri at Merri Musings, Vinnie's wife, who got the same comments with "-in law" attached.
So I put "mother" in the Blacklist.
With what I had to deal with before switching to WordPress, don't even expect me to apologize.
