New kids on the block

Welcome Heather, Don and Jim!

As Munuvians, you must be added to the decals on the Air Munuviana.

I'll post the first draft of the decals sometime this week. What I need from you three is your country, because I'm putting a national flag next to each Munuvian's name. Tim gets two - Canadian and American - because he drank the weird milk and it's changed him. He say's "eh?" and everything.

So let me know please, and if you want special logos like university or other affiliations, speak up. I may need you to find it and send it to me.

Air Munuviana makes her maiden flight November 1st or 2nd in Culpeper, Virginia.

How does one make a logo anyway? How'd you make yours, Ted?

Also, does anyone know how I could change the font of my heading? Maybe something akin to the New York Times font or something. I'd just like to have something snazzier than that plain ol' block lettering.

A friend of mine at work does commercial-grade artwork. I told him the name of the blog and he drew the cartoon for me in black and white. I took a pic of it with a digital camera (no scanner), converted it to gif and colorized it using Paint Shop Pro. My header is a table, and the toon goes into the leftmost cell.

Isn't your header font described in the CSS style sheet template as 'H1'? I believe that's where you change that.

America for me. Also the US Navy flag would be very cool.

Sorry Spork. I'm no HTML genius, I just change things one at a time and see what happens. Do enough of that and you can sound like you know what you're talking about, just like I do. :D

Hey, are you gonna put the mu.nu meatball on it?

That would be cool.

IF (the uppercase IF was not a mistake) you still have room, I (and I think my gf) would appreciate the Maryland state flag--but if you're nervous about opening *that* can o' worms, I understand.

Also, I my boss lives in Culpeper which is like 45 minutes away from where I work. Maybe if I look really hard I'll be able to see the Flight of the Munuvianan Rocket!

Don, you're welcome to attend the launch. It's one of the biggest annual rocket events on the east coast, and there will be everything from itty-bitty to whoa-nelly sized rockets taking flight.

Can you do Michigan? I hope that, like Robert E. Lee, I'd be more loyal to my state than the US, especially as the whole centralization of power thing keeps happening. I'll try to find a flag somewhere.

Tim, I've got the Michigan flag already. You want it next to your name instead of the US flag, right?

Victor, the Maryland flag is a go.

Lady H, I need to know your preferences.
