How do you put a post at the top of your blog, despite having other entries throughout the day or week? (i.e. how do you bump a post) Do you change the date? Enquiring minds want to know. :)

To bump a post - post it as normal and then, once it's posted, edit the posted date at the bottom of the post edit screen. You can set it minutes, hours or days in the future and it will stay at the top until you post something which has a later date ... easy

Some time ago, I compiled a lsit of help sites: not sure if all will show or are still active.

*Tabbed IE! front-end allows 6 tabbed windows using IE browser - and can have multiple MyIE open if need more* see plugin Trackback v.0.9 (grossfinch) 17KB - Trackback is very popular in blog and many news source websites. This is a plugin for those who use MT but cannot take the ping function. ***** I use ver 1 of MyIE and like it a lot. Does NOT use REGISTRY - actually, you can put it on a floppy or cd and run it from there... *****
