Collinization

Has now been abandoned for a little over a year. *Tear* I remember when I was on blog spot and I stole 90% of my template from his blog... How things have changed... indeed how they change. Anyway, I just thought that was a neat thing to mention... Does anyone know if he's still alive?

I'm sure he's still alive, he's a fighter. Heck, he beat the crap out of those Haitians that attacked him once.

Too bad that he still seems to not own a computer, though. We all offered to chip in and buy him one and he refused. Crud.

Hey, Collins! Yer a munu charter member! Post something!!!

If it's seriously an issue of having a computer, I can fix him up with a nice, really basic system that will be just dandy for blogging, email & word processing. It's a Frankenputer made of hardware salvaged from systems clients were throwing out. It's sitting here looking for just such a purpose as this.

It'd just be a matter of getting it to him. Anybody know how to let him know?

Well, judging from THIS ANCIENT POST it looks like Bill Cimino knows how to reach him.

Hey, Bill. Wanna remind Collins of our standing offer to get him back on-line in the comfort of his own home?! (I'm sure his boss has at long last lost interest in checking in on his site by now.)

PaulT says he has a franken'puter with his name on it waiting for him...! :D

Either that or we rename it the John W Collins Memorial Blog and post stuff there ourselves.

Yeah, Memorial Blog. For really off-the-wall personal "huh?" moment stories.

And broken noses.
