Comments filters

So what's with comment filters? I've had a few people complain they couldn't post comments with words like le*bian.

Fixed now. :)

What's up is that anyone can block spam using our shared blacklist, but sometimes people (accidentally or intentionally) end up blocking words that other people would like to allow. So it's a bit of a compromise.

All Munuvians should be able to review the Blacklist. The url is http://blog.mu.nu/cgi/mt-blacklist.cgi.

Does this mean all Munuvians have Blacklist spam protection built in?

Unless we've forgotten to turn it on for some of the new blogs. I'll check that.
