Does Urchin work?

Yes, but...

We only have a 100-user Urchin license, and we have about 150 blogs, so it doesn't work for recently-added users.

On the other hand, I can manually assign users, so if some people want Urchin and others don't care, I can set it up to suit.

What is Urchin?

It's a commercial website stats package. It came bundled with the new munuserver.

I'm obsessed enough with just the site meter. Give my Urchin to someone else. Call it an intervention!

Mostly I was just curious, after poking around cPanel for a while. Thanks.

One other thing - Urchin is just something we happened to get with the current server. If we move servers, we'll still have CPanel, Fantastico, Awstats and so on, but probably not Urchin.

And since our traffic has grown by 50% in the past two months I am looking at moving servers again - this time probably to a small cluster. I have a nice option of three Athlon 64 servers lined up as a possibility. :)
