Here is Jen's easiest cheesecake recipe in the world. The only thing easier is buying one pre-made.
Ingredients:
2 (8 oz. each) packages of cream cheese, softened.
1/3 cup sugar
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crust (6 oz. or 9 inch)
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and sugar in large bowl until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon mixture into crust. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set. Top with fresh fruit or pie filling if desired. (I like fresh blueberries.)
This fall I'll post my caramel apple cheesecake recipe...a Thanksgiving favorite!

Posted by: Pixy Misa at September 8, 2003 06:26 AMSorry, just had to push Ted out of the recent comments list as he was messing up the formatting.
Posted by: Pixy Misa at September 8, 2003 06:33 AMAll better now.
Posted by: Pixy Misa at September 8, 2003 06:33 AMThough while I'm at it, I might as well push everyone else out too. Hahahaha!
Posted by: Pixy Misa at September 8, 2003 06:33 AMHow does Ted hurt the formatting? And now I'm on the recent list, nyah nyah!
Posted by: Jennifer at September 8, 2003 09:47 AMIt's a slight problem with the recent comments thingy - it shows the first 120 characters of each comment. If that includes the a formatting tag like <strike> but not the closing tag </strike> then the formatting will carry on until the end of the blog which looks kind of strange.
It can probably be fixed, but not before I have a nap.
